Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Wilkes Barre VA Medical Center, 1111 East End Blvd Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711 has a requirement for Fire Sprinklers inspection services. Primary place of performance is the Wilkes Barre VA Medical Center, 1111 East End Blvd Wilkes-Barre,PA. The Period of Performance is anticipated to be one (1) year from date of contract award, with four (4) option periods if advantageous to the government. The Government intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to the responsible Offeror whose proposal constitutes the best value to the government using procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This acquisition will be is set aside for SDVOSB Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $15.0M. All interested and responsible parties may submit a quote following solicitation release. The solicitation number is VA244-15-Q-0423. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website on March 6, 2015. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (http://www.sam.gov) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (http://www.sam.gov). See FAR Clause 52.204-7.
