Description

Joint sealant services are required to maintain facilities associated with the Tioga-Hammond Lakes Project to maintain the integrity of existing asphalt roads and parking lots of approximately 10.52 miles. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and supplies to complete joint sealing associated at Tioga-Hammond Lakes. Tioga-Hammond Lakes is a flood control project and the Contractor's access to the work area and the execution of the requirements shall not interfere with the daily operations of the projects or employees. The site of the work is subject to flooding. The Contractor shall consider the potential for high water levels in the scheduling of this contract. A specific program shall be established by the Contractor to evacuate personnel, equipment, and materials as necessary in the event of high water. All work should be in accordance with Road Standards and Paving ASTM's. NOTE: Solictiation will be posted apprxomately 13 March 2015. Site visits, although not mandatory, are urged.
