THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ADVISE PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS/BIDDERS TO INCLUDE IN THEIR PROPOSAL; INSTALL ATION OF A TEMPORARY DI SYSTEM TO KEEP THE CLINIC RUNNING DURING THE 2-3 WEEK INSTALLATION OF THE NEW RO SYSTEM. FAILURE TO SUBMMIT COMPLETE INFORMATION IN THE MANNER DESCRIBED ABOVE FOR EITHER BUSINESS OR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL MAY BE CONSIDERE AS A "NO RESPONSE" AND WILL LIKELY EXCLUDE THE PROPOSAL FROM FURTHER CONSIDERATION.
