Description
U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Nebraska City: Scottsbluff Delineated Area: City Limits of Scottsbluff Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,482 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,321 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 17 Parking Spaces (Surface): - Parking Spaces (Structured): - Parking Spaces (Reserved): - Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 7 years Option Term: TBD Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under lease in Scottsbluff, NE that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government, will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. Expressions of Interest Due: March 30, 2015 Market Survey (Estimated): Week of April 6, 2015 Occupancy (Estimated): August 2016 Expressions of interest are a critical factor in the procurement process because they, collectively, are one of the initial components of the Government's required market research activities. Expressions of interest should be received by March 30, 2015. Expressions of interest received after this date, at the discretion of the Contracting Officer, may not receive further consideration unless it may be determined that further consideration shall be in the best interests of the Government.
