- Description
- Work consists of treating 236 Acres of noxious weeds and providing treatment data. The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, licensing, supervision, workman's compensation, unemployment insurance, and transportation to accomplish weed treatment. Equipment being used for the requirements under this contract shall be cleaned prior to entering the Forest and cleaning may be required between sites. Supply of water may or may not be available in the local area of work, if not; the contractor will be required to furnish water. PROJECTSOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: The solicitation, AG-67T0-S-15-0015, and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps as a Request For Proposal (RFP), resulting in a Firm Fixed Price contract. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561730. The SBA size standard is $7.0 million. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about March 25, 2015 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/.. Offerors submitting a Request For Proposals are required by the FAR to use the System for Acquisition Management (SAM) (www.sam.gov). SAM is a web-based system that centralizes and standardizes the collection, storage, and viewing of many of the FAR required representations and certifications previously found in Solicitations. With SAM, vendors now have the ability to enter and maintain their representation and certification information. Vendors will need to review and/or update the SAM record when changes are necessary; annually to maintain an active status.
