- NOTE: All responses to this RFQ must be submitted electronically to Eileen Ray at eray@wapa.gov. Receipt of email quotes shall be confirmed by calling the contracting Officer at 970-461-7619. The Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for a 230/115/13.8-kV, 120,000/160,000/200,000 kVA autotransformer, to include mineral oil, tools, appliances, spares, erecting engineer services, five year warranty, to be delivered and off-loaded at its Archer Substation, Cheyenne, Wyoming, no later than 15 June 2016. The solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside. The solicitation and specifications will be issued electronically on or about 11 March 2015 at the following site: https://www.fbo.gov/. The applicable NAICS Code is 335311; Size Standard is 750 employees.
