Description

DRAFT RFP DOCUMENTS FOR SMC SAFS IDIQ DSXP REQUIREMENTS ONLY Responses are ONLY requested from current SAFS IDIQ contract holders. The SAFS IDIQ contract is a multiple award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with four (4) small-business prime contractors to provide knowledge-based advisory and assistance services (A&AS) in accordance with FAR 37. Scope of work that can be ordered under SAFS includes acquisition, administrative, and financial assistance, advice, or training to augment the organic government resources within the ordering organization. The purpose of this Special Notice is to provide industry an opportunity to view the DRAFT RFP documents for the SAFS SMC/DS and XP Requirements. The attached documents are only DRAFT and do not obligate the Government. If a contractor other than the IDIQ holders provide responses, it is at their own discretion as this notice is a request to the SAFS IDIQ holders.
