Description
Statement Of Work McConnell AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: The contractor shall: provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for the Inspection and repair of above ground bulk fuel storage tanks (ASTs) and Underground bulk fuel storage tanks (USTs) located at McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the Inspection, troubleshooting and repair of ten (10) regulated underground storage tanks, one (1) unregulated underground storage tanks and fifty six (56) above ground storage tanks as listed on Appendix A, Estimated Workload Data. The contractor shall provide written documentation and reports concerning all inspections, maintenance and repairs performed and inspections completed on all storage tanks. BASIC SERVICES: The Contractor shall perform a complete inspection of UST's and AST's annually. The contractor shall conduct a visual inspection per manufacturer's recommendations. Any issues or required repairs shall be documented and submitted to the COR, prior to repairs being accomplished. When notified the contractor shall empty rainwater from sumps or interstitial tanks. The contractor shall perform a line leak detection test on all regulated UST's annually and present the findings in written report form for each tank to the COR. The contractor shall respond to service calls and make repairs to tanks as required by COR. The contractor shall provide an individual written report of the repairs to include general itemized parts and costs upon completion of all work. A copy of each report will be given to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) upon completion of the annual Inspection and repair of each above ground and underground storage tank.
