FA2521-13-R-0019 0002 CLOIS Amendment 2 - shown as Amendment # 3 in FBO. FA2521-13-R-0019-0002 CLOIS Amendment 2 is issued to update Attachment 1a Appendices C and R and verbiage in section H-3 ordering Procedures to address Certified Cost and Pricing data requirements on Task Orders. Changes to Section H-3 are marked with a change bar to the right. In summary Amendment 2 clarifies and updates: Section H-3 ordering Procedures Attachment 1a Appendix C - Facility Tier Definition Attachment 1a Appendix R - Performance Requirements Summary Removes FAR Clauses 52.215-20 and FAR 52.215-20 Alt III from Section I Adds FAR Clause 52.215-20 Alt IV to Section L Please note that offerors are encouraged to submit all questions and requests for clarifications no less than ten (10) days prior to the RFP closing date. The decision to respond to questions and requests for clarifications made less than ten (10) days prior to the RFP closing shall be at the sole discretion of the PCO. ****There are currently only 2 Amendments for this solicitation. FA2521-13-R-0019-0001 CLOIS Amendment 1 is listed as FBO Amendment 1 and Amendment 2. FA2521-13-R-0019-0002 CLOIS Amendment 2 will be listed as FBO Amendment 3. ****
