- THE GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT FOR Six (6) 19 quote mark Slim line Monitors with Keyboard, Mounting Brackets for SL1-19W Series Monitor, External Power Supply. BACKGROUND: The SED Common Data Link Interface Module (CDLIM) Project requires the purchase of these monitors and associated hardware for fielding to a PATRIOT Foreign Military Sales (FMS) partner. Our project needs to procure this specific equipment in order to initially evaluate the viability of the hardware components before they are used in a Tactical environment. AUTHORITY CITED- The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
