- Solicitation, Instruction to Offerors, SOW, and QASP Site Visit The Atlanta South Service Center is in need of Parking Managment Services located at the Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center (SNAFC). The contractor shall provide all manpower, equipment, and supplies necessary to assign parking spaces; rescind parking privilages when appropriate; monitor interior parking for compliance with policy expectations; police entry and exit issues; and maintain accountability in a computer database for assigned spaces in the garage of the SNAFC. The garage facility is comprised of 10 parking levels and 1,580 parking spaces.
