Description

Presolicitation Notice for Commercial supplies. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 325412. The Phoenix VA Health Care System (PVAHCS) has an on-going requirement for PET/CT radiopharmaceuticals to be delivered FOB Destination to 650 E. Indian School Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85012. PET/CT Radiopharmaceuticals to be acquired and estimated quantities are set forth in the solicitation. All quantities are estimated quantities. Deliveries of ordered radiopharmaceuticals are to arrive at PVAHCS within 24 hours of order and/or 1 hour from order when identified as an "emergency". Solicitation VA258-15-Q-0234 is unrestricted and will be issued on or about 3/11/2015 with a proposal due date of 3/18/2015 at 12:00 pm, AZT. The VA may award multiple fixed-price, indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity contracts with a POP of 4/1/2015-9/30/2015. All offerors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (www.ccr.gov). All vendors are encouraged to register at the eCMS Vendor Portal to do business with the VA (www.vendorportal.ecms.va.gov).
