Description

The item provided within the Market Survey being considered for solicitation and subsequent award. As a potential supplier of these item(s) your answers to these questions and your recommendations concerning the item(s) will enhance and speed the solicitation process. We are asking that you fill out this Market Survey to the best of your knowledge so that we can generate a realistic, effective, all encompassing, complete, and accurate solicitation. This is not a Request for Proposal. The Market Survey is for informational purposes only. DLA Troop Support is looking for a source for NSN 5670-01-198-8852 identified as a Metal Grille. The Grille is used on the M1A1 Army Vehicle and the assembly includes, 7039 armor aluminum louvers, frame, hinges and pull grip. Material shall be manufactured in accordance with Army Drawings 12323548 (19207) and associated drawings. The contractor will be required to manufacture this material and satisfy the Government's required delivery schedule. Responses to this survey must include documentation citing the following: -Contractor's experience demonstrating the capability to meet the Government's requirements in producing material IAW the specifications listed below, and that are physically and functionally interchangeable with presently fielded equipment. -Quality Standard (Government or Industry) that shall be in place for this effort. -Past Performance for the same or similar items. The contractor shall submit their part number, NSN, or nomenclature and the date of the last manufacturing effort of the same or similar items for which they have production experience. Government contract numbers, if applicable, shall be provided. -The contractor must provide information to show it possesses, or shall possess, adequate production plant facilities (equipment, tooling, and space) to enable it, or its subcontractors, to meet production delivery requirements for these items.
