Each offered location will be assessed by Agency security personnel and site specific security requirements may be developed to be included with any offer for that location. All space must be located contiguous on a single floor with direct access to the required Sallie Port. The required Sallie Port must be entirely fenced or inside the building with direct access to the Agency’s suite. Agency cannot be collocated with other Federal, State, local government agencies or private firms who provide daycare services, abortion services, mental health services, drug rehabilitations services, probation services, public defender services, and/or social services. Offered locations cannot be within 1000’ of a designated drug-free zone as measured from the door of the building to the zone boundary (i.e. school, park, church, daycare, etc.). Required parking must be secured and separate from any other tenant parking. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
