- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Provide all necessary personnel, materials, equipment, labor, supervision and facilities to remove, rebuild, and reinstall two hydrant pumps as stated in the attached statement of work (SOW). Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be emailed to the Contracting Officer; MSgt Dionne Holloway @ Dionne.holloway@ang.af.mil Answers to questions posed will periodically be posted to FBO.gov prior to the closing date. Proposals will be evaluated on a Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Proposals shall include a project plan in any format with a tentative notice to proceed (NTP) date indicated. Additionally, provide a brief synopsis (NTE) 3 pages) describing your technical solution to augment and support the Project Plan to meet the period of performance accordingly. The Project Plan should clearly demonstrate a complete understanding of the tasks necessary to complete the work, and provide an AF Form 3052 or similar format that includes detailed costs associated with work. Subcontracted work should also be submitted in the same format. LPTA proposals will be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis. The lowest acceptable proposal will be the awardee. Any clarifications after proposal, yet prior to award will be coordinated through the Contracting Officer; MSgt Dionne Holloway The disclosure of magnitude for this project is between $25K and $100K. Proposals are due NLT April 3rd, 2015 at 1pm CST. Please send proposals directly to Dionne.holloway@ang.af.mil Period of Performance for this project is expected to take approximately 60 working days. A site visit for this project is not scheduled, but shall be coordinated through the Contracting Officer; MSgt Dionne Holloway if necessary. Access to the base will only be allowed after clearance through the Base Security screening process per 52.204-9 and local instruction. AT1 Training (1hr CBT) will be required for contractor employees working on-base. Payment Bonding is required per FAR 52.228-15 for this project. Department of Labor (DOL) Wage Determination for Milwaukee, WI is applicable to this project and shall be considered and incorporated as part of your proposal.
