J- 1 Wage Rate Decision No. MT150080, dated 09 Jan 2015 J- 4 Exhibits J- 3 Plans/Drawings J- 2 Forest Service Supplemental Specifications Solicitation No.: RFP AG-03R6-S-15-0004 Beaver Creek Bridge Replacement Flathead National Forest - Swan Lake Ranger District, Beaver Creek Bridge Replacement. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price construction contract. The project consists of removal of an existing timber Forest Service Bridge and replacing it with either a new precast, pre-stressed concrete bridge or a new steel girder bridge with timber decking. The work includes but is not limited to clearing and grubbing, erosion control measures, structure excavation, roadway embankment, backfilling, compacting, removing and disposing an existing timber bridge, salvaging existing timber stringers, riprap, furnishing and installing bridge girders and foundations, furnishing and placing crushed aggregate, furnishing and placing hot asphalt concrete, and all other incidental items necessary to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project is located west of Hwy 83 appox. 3 ¼ miles on FSRD #906 on the Swan Lake Ranger District of the Flathead National Forest, Missoula County, Montana. The project can be reached by taking U.S. Highway No. 83 for approximately 65 miles south from Bigfork, Montana, and turniing right at the junction w/ FSRD #906 Beaver Creek road. Project is approximately 12 miles North of Seeley Lake MT. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 237310 Highway, Street and Bridge Construction and the small business size standard is $36.5 million. A pre-proposal conference is not scheduled for this project. In accordance with FAR 36.204, advance notices and solicitations shall state the magnitude of the requirement in terms of physical characteristics and estimated price range. In no event shall the statement of magnitude disclose the Government's estimate. Therefore, the magnitude is described in the following range: $100,000 - $250,000. The Government estimates issuing a Notice to Proceed on 01 May 2015. Please refer back to this site (FBO.gov) for any amendments to this solicitation (including any potential Q&A exchange). Per the solicitation requirements, any and all questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing, preferably via email, to the Contracting Officer (ie: DO NOT CALL ANYONE, EMAIL THE CONTRACTING OFFICER).
