- Technical requirements for 'Equal' item being offered. NOTE: Must be used if offering 'Equal' equipment. HQ0423-15-T-0010 Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is solicitation number HQ0423-15-T-0010 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular, Fac 2005-80, Effective 02 Mar 2015 (Includes FAC 2005-79 effective 15 Dec 2014). This requirement is Unrestricted with a NAICS of 334220. The contract type is: Under FAR Parts 12 and 13 the Government intends to award a single Firm Fixed-Price (FFP) order for the specified requirement. If your quote is based on supplying an "equal" item, failure to return the attached Technical Certification will result in your quote not being considered for award. Installation will be at: DFAS - Indianapolis Center 8899 E. 56th Street Indianapolis, IN 46249 Installation shall be completed within 25 Days ARO. 2. Evaluation: The Government will award to the contractor whose quote is determined to satisfy the specified requirement at the lowest total price. A Firm Fixed Price quote is to be made based on the requirements.
