Description

The government intends to negotiate a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Type Contract with Firm Fixed Pricing for Countertop Lavatory Material in support of the NAVSEA Shipboard Habitability Improvement Program for Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC).The delivered items shall conform to Military Performance Specifications as required Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC). This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Subpart 12 and FAR 13.5 and will be conducted as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The period of performance for the resulting contract will be a base year plus the possibility for four (4) additional option years. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 332999 and the corresponding Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 2090. The contractor shall provide Countertop Lavatory Material as directed and funded on individual delivery orders. A complete RFP package will be available on or around 25 March 2015 by downloading the documents at the NECO https://www.neco.navy.mil/ and FedBizOpps website as follows: https://www.fbo.gov/. By submitting a quote, the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, or debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
