Please note that for the purposes of this notice, VA will consider projects which involve both a) management of real estate due diligence and b) negotiation/execution of options to purchase on behalf of the Government, as comparable experience to completion of a land acquisition on behalf of the Government. The Government reserves the right to further consider and distinguish between the strength and relevancy of contractor experience when issuing a solicitation and evaluating proposals.
