Description

The John D. Dingell VA Medical Center (JDDVAMC), 4646 John R, Detroit, MI. 48201 intends to solicit from only one source, EOS International, to establish a base plus four (4) option year contract for an Integrated Library System (ILS). The basis for this proposed sole source procurement is that the JDDVAMC's ILS must be able to interface with all other Medical Libraries in VISN 11, all of which operate EOS International's ILS. This is not a request for quotes however; all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Comments regarding this proposed procurement may be directed to Contracting Officer Gregory Stevens at gregory.stevens@va.gov no later than March 18, 2015 at 4 pm EDT.
