- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and solicitation document VA240-15-R-0015 is attached to this announcement. Solicitation VA240-15-R-0015 is issued as a request for proposal. This solicitation is not set-aside for any socio-economic interest. The NAICS code is 621910. Contract line items, including estimated periods of performance and option periods of performance, are listed at B.4 Price/Cost Schedule in RFP VA240-15-R-0015. Service requirements, including locations requiring service, are described at B.3 Statement of Work, in RFP VA240-15-R-0015. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, is included in this solicitation. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions of Offerors - Commercial Items is also included. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items, is included in this solicitation. The provision states the specific factors that shall be used to evaluate offers. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and is included in the solicitation. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and is included in the solicitation. Please see the attached Solicitation RFP VA240-15-R-0015 for complete terms and conditions. All questions regarding this solicitation are due by Wednesday, March 18, 2015 at 1600 Eastern.
