- PR 57044175 for NSN 1560-01-560-4749, Parts Kit, Fuselage, IAW Technical Data Package. Export Control Certification required for distributor and manufacturing source. A Mylar, Stable based drawing forms a part of the tech data package and will be forwarded to the successful offeror. This is not a Critical Safety Item. The solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 14 KT. Inspection/Acceptance Destination and FOB Destination, delivery 357 days ARO or less. This solicitation is a total Small Business Set Aside. The offeror and manufacturing source must be a small business. The issue date is on or around 3/31/15, and the closing date is on or around 05/01/2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on or about the issue date cited on the solicitation. From the DIBBS homepage, select "Requests for Proposal (RFP)/ invitation for Bid (IFB)"from the menu under the tab "Solicitations". Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. The software is available free at http://www.adobe.com A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requestors. ****ELECTRONIC QUOTES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE FOR THIS SOLICITATION. The solicitation package must be completed in its entirety and submitted to the DLA Aviation Bid Desk. Incomplete submission of the solicitation package may be deemed unacceptable and may result in disqualification of proposal. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered SAM. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
