Description

ACH Form Credit Release Form Past Performance Form Specification SF1449 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 and 13.5 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is CT2188-15 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80. The North American Industry Classification System code is 313210, Broadwoven Fabric Mills. This requirement is a total small business setaside. UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a three (3) year firm-fixed-price, requirements type contract for the following commercial item(s): Nylon Fabric - Gold. SEE SECTION B FOR LIST OF ITEMS. ASLL ITEMS ARE REQUIRED TO BE BERRY AMENDMENT COMPLIANT. THIS ITEM IS 100% USA DOMESTIC ONLY, MANUFACTURED ENTIRELY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. THIS IS TO INCLUDE THE RAW MATERIALS. THE NON-MANUFACTURER RULE APPLIES - A RECIPIENT OF A CONTRACT SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS, IF OTHER THAN THE ACTUAL MANUFACTURER, MUST PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS OF A SMALL BUSINESS.
