Brand name or equal to Blauer product # BLU-9840-70-52-SM RESPONSE JACKET W/ LINER with the following salient Characteristics: 1. Waterproof, windproof and breathable jacket with CROSSTECH Fabric lining, which provides blood, body fluid and common chemical resistance. 2. Certified to NFPA 1999 - 2013 Edition and eligible for purchase under the Homeland Security Grant Program as Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 3. Jacket is to be Red in color. 4. Multiple insulated liner options - Below zero protection with liner options 5. Hi-Vis version is certified to ANSI 107-2010 Class 3 illumiNITE reflective trim 6. Reflective material adjustable cuffs and pit zippers for access to shell flapped double-entry lower pockets. 7. No Radio pocket - do not include. 8. Internal security pocket and Mic tab on both shoulders. 9. Double storm flap front and hood rolls up and stores in collar. 10. Home wash and dry for easy care. 11. Customized: 'PIFR' on rear of jacket under reflective stripe to be reflective lettering with letters being 5" tall. Sew on badge on left chest and velcro nameplate on right chest and is to be 1" with ½" letters in black. Names for nameplates to be forwarded when contract awarded. 12. High visibility soft shell fleece - needs to be water and wind resistant, and highly breathable indoors or out and certified to ANSI 107:2010 Class 2. 13. Customized: 'PIFR' on rear of jacket under reflective stripe to be reflective lettering with letters being 5" tall. Sew on badge on left chest and velcro nameplate on right chest and is to be 1" with ½" letters in black. Names for nameplates to be forwarded when contract awarded. 14. Offeror shall schedule an on site appointment to fit all fire department personnel within two weeks of contract award.
