Description

SOLE SOURCE NOTICE UNUSUAL AND COMPELLING URGENCY THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES The proposed contract actions are for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-2, FAR 13. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete these proposed contracts based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The acquisition being procured is a Firm Fixed Price agreement for VA Long Beach Healthcare System Medical Center. The request is to provide PBX Telephone Switch Maintenance Services for the VA Long Beach Healthcare Systems (VALBHS).
