Description

Pricing Schedule Solicitation Document Statement of Work The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of the U.S. House of Representatives (House) supports the public Internet presence of the House. To fulfill this responsibility, the CAO leverages content delivery networks to ensure that (1) House public websites are highly available (HTTP Delivery) and, (2) Committee public events can be reliably webcast both live and on-demand (Committee Video Delivery). The CAO seeks a single, highly reliable Content Delivery Network (CDN) with a national presence to fulfill both of these use cases. The CAO expects to make a single, multi-year award for a CDN provider. Please see attached RFP OAM15042S, which is also available at the House website (www.house.gov/content/vendors/ under Current Solicitations). The House is not subject to the FAR and does not participate in procurement preference programs or set-asides.
