Revised Question and Answer Set 2 for the NBACC FFRDC Draft Solicitation HSHQDC-14-R-00073 Amendment 000006 to NBACC FFRDC Draft Solicitation HSHQDC-14-R-00073 Cover Page for Amendment 000006 The purpose of Amendment 000006 to DHS Draft Solicitation HSHQDC-14-R-00073 is to replace Question and Answer Set 2 for the NBACC FFRDC Draft Solicitation HSHQDC-14-R-00073 found in Amendment 000005 with the set that is attached to this amendment. The question and answer set that is contained in Amendment 000005 had a "Draft" watermark which was incorrect and thus needed to be replaced with a set that had the "Official Document" watermark. The revised question and answer set attached to this document makes that change.
