Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee intends to issue a sole source firm fixed priced contract to Creative Health Management Inc., 5610 Rowland Road, Hopkins, MN 55343. Creative Health Management Inc. will provide competency consulting and training to managers and leaders at the Mountain Home VA Medical Center, Corner of Lamont & Veterans Way, Mountain Home, Tennessee 37684. The requirement will be sole sourced to Creative Health Management Inc. in order to remain in compliance with The Joint Commission and CMS educational standards, which mandates that all healthcare facilities institute programs to improve clinical practices and remain updated in regards to changes that occur in healthcare, technological, and clinical practices. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 and 13.106-1(b) (2), "soliciting from a single source." The NAICS code is 611430 and has a size standard of $11.0M for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and submit quotations no later than 8:00a.m. CST, March 18, 2015 to: Scheronica.Cochran@va.gov. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
