Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLA Maritime Norfolk Naval Shipyard Contracting Division intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price contract, sole source to Lyon Workspace Products, LLC (CAGE 37296), whereby this equipment will be used at the Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 337215: Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing. This will be solicited as an unrestricted requirement. The contract line items (CLINs) are as follows: CLIN 0001 (4) EACH, 48'' X 24'' X 78'' STORAGE CABINET COLOR: WEDGEWOOD BLUE CATALOG #: BB1031 CLIN 0002 (12) EACH, 72'' X 36'' X 60'' BULK STORAGE RACK STARTER, 3 TIER WITH RIBBED DECKING COLOR: WEDGEWOOD BLUE CATALOG #: BB67303SR CLIN 0003 (3) EACH, 72'' X 36'' X 60'' BULK STORAGE RACK ADD-ON, 3 TIER WITH RIBBED DECKING COLOR: WEDGEWOOD BLUE CATALOG #: BB67303R CLIN 0004 (9) EACH, 18'' X 24'' X 36'' STORAGE CABINET DT-1W-WL-AW COLOR: WEDGEWOOD BLUE CATALOG #: B5278W These parts will be used on existing equipment at Norfolk Naval Shipyard. Important note: See "CLINs" for details. This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Commercial Items. The solicitation number is SPMYM1-15-Q-0034 and it is expected to be posted on or about 13 March 2015 and posted in FedBizOpps, https://www.fbo.gov/. Quotes will be due by 2:00 PM EST on 17 March 2015 and may be e-mailed to the attention of Elizabeth Crocker at elizabeth.crocker@dla.mil.
