Description

Justification & Approval This notice is to inform of the proposed contract action in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 41 U.S.C. 3304. General Services Administration (GSA), Region 2, Public Buildings Service, Acquisition Management Division, Branch B, is seeking to award a follow-on, sole-source, Architect-Engineer (A-E) contract to Wank Adams Slavin Associates LLP., located at 740 Broadway, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10003, in support of GSA Region 2's 290 Broadway Elevator Upgrade Project - Phase 2, in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 3304 and FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
