- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this requirement is W912P9-15-Q-0018 and is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80 dated 2 March 2015.This requirement is being solicited as full and open competition. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 561720 Janitorial Services with a Small Business Size Standard of $18 million. The basis of award will be Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offeror. Additionally, offerors must quote on all items to be eligible for award. Wage Determination 05-2311 is applicable to this solicitation (W912P9-15-Q-0018). There will be two dates available for a Site Visit, 18 March 2015 @ 0900 and 25 March 2015 @ 1300. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation. The following is a descriptions and the list of items requested under this RFQ: Work shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, and material necessary to clean two Administration Buildings (Management Office and Maintenance Building) and the Visitor Center at Wappapello Lake, Missouri in accordance with solicitation specifications and provisions from July 1, 2015 - June 30, 2016.There are also 2 additional option years. (Option Year 1) July 1, 2016 - June 30, 2017, and (Option Year 2) July 1, 2017- June 30, 2018.
