Attachment J7 Attachment J6 Attachment J5 Attachment J3 Attachment J1 Attachment P8 Attachment P7 Attachment P6 Attachment P5 Attachment P4 Attachment P2 Attachment P1 Exhibit A Solicitation Scope: Advance Planning Notice: The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), has a requirement for Program Management Support Services for PMA-299. The scope of this effort is to provide support services the H-60 development program, production program, and post-production program management for multiple Integrated Product Team (IPTs), supporting Seahawk variants including the SH-60B/F, the HH-60H, MH-60S, and MH-60R. The Seahawk missions include Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW), Anti-Surface Warfare (ASUW), Search-And-Rescue (SAR), Medical Evacuation (MEDEVAC), Communication Relay (COMMREL), Vertical Replenishment (VERTREP) and Naval Gunfire Support (NGFS). The MH-60R and MH-60S are distinct ACAT 1C programs, which include major upgrades to the H-60 aircraft and increased mission areas (Airborne Mine Counter Measures (AMCM) and Armed Helo). 100% of the work will be performed at the Government's facility in Patuxent River, MD. This effort was originally being competed under Seaport-e and is now being competed outside of Seaport. The period of performance consists of a one-year base period and four (4) one-year option periods of performance. The anticipated total number of manhours is approximately 149,760 hours for the entire effort.
