Amendment 004 03/13/2015 This amendment is being issued to extend the close date to 03/26/2015 at 5PM Eastern Time and to delete old files from this announcement. Amendment 003 03/12/2015 This amendment is being issued to upload the final questions submitted prior to the close date for submitting questions. Amendment 002 03/05/2015 This amendment is being issued to upload additional quesitons and answers and to post a close date on RFIs of 03/09/2015 at 3PM. The solicitaiton is also updated to include training with the 4Clicks Software or equal requirment and to update the Submission requirement (Section L.1) Amendment 001 02/25/2015 This amendment is being issued to update the solicitation, upload the Q&As from the Industry day as well as questions sent in via email. The JOC presentation is also uploaded and the unsigned sign in sheet. The signed sign in sheet will be posted at a later date as a correction because I do not currently have access to post the signed sheet. The FAA intends to award multiple JOB ORDER CONTRACT (JOC) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for construction projects including, but not limited to, minor construction, alteration and repair projects for FAA facilities in multiple geographical areas. The Primary NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Size Standard: $36.5 This requirement is offered to all qualified, responsive, responsible concerns and offers will be considered using a tiered order of precedence. Tier One-8(a) Tier Two-SDVOSB Tier Three-Small Tier Four-All Offerors The FAA will host an Industry Day on February 18, 2015 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM EST at the Atlanta Regional Office (1701 Columbia Ave, College Park, GA 30337) Please see the Industry Day Flyer in the Attachments for details. Potential offerors should note that the FAA reserves the right to communicate with one or more offerors at any time during the SIR process To be considered for award of this project, the contractor must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (website: www.sam.gov). All proposals must be received no later than March 3, 2015, at 5:00 PM EST. Any responses received after the closing date and time, will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals of Submittals.
