- The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire, on a sole source basis, Deltek Software Maintenance for the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (ASN/RDA) in Washington, DC. The following items of Deltek software will be supported: Winsight Web/Dashboard Seat License (SKU 70-200-10099) Winsight Dashboard Components (SKU 70-200-10096) Risk + (SKU 70-200-10115) Winsight “ Concurrent (SKU 70-200-10100) Briefing Wizard “ Concurrent (SKU 70-200-10103) Winsight Administrator “ Concurrent (SKU 70-200-10093) C/S Glue “ Concurrent (SKU 70-200-10005) The NAICS Code is 511210 and the Small Business Size Standard is $38.5M. The period of performance is April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016. The proposed sole source contractor is Deltek, Inc. The proposed firm fixed price contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all information received in response to this synopsis will be considered by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
