Description: Note: This requirement was previously synopsized as a Special Notice under Solicitation Number W912PF15T0051 on Feb 25, 2015. This is an additional Pre-Solicitation Notice for the same requirement. The Contractor shall design, supply and install the following items: 1) Design new mechanical system of the buildings 770 and 901. 2) Remove and dispose two existing chillers at building 770 and 901. 3) Supply two chillers equipped with heat pump for the plants at buildings 770 and 901. 4) Verify and modify existing electrical systems and mechanical systems as needed.
