- This is a Sources Sought Notice as defined in FAR 15.201(e). This is not a solicitation. The Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) is requesting information to determine if there are any Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB), Small Businesses or other Open Market Sources that can provide Motorized Wheelchairs to the Manila Regional Office and Outpatient Clinic located at 1501 Roxas Boulevard, Pasay City, Philippines. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes to gain knowledge of qualified sources to determine an acquisition strategy.
