Description: The Contractor shall provide three (3) smart phones with services capable of providing electronic mail, GPS mapping services and services to include voice and text for all cellular devices. 1. Each cellular phone shall include its own wall charging cable, 12 volt vehicle charger, computer synching cable, and user manual. 2. Each cellular phone will be under warranty in the event phone would break. A 24 hour turn-around time will be accepted for a replacement device.
