- MODIFICATION TO AMEND THE SQUARE FOOTAGE General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: Kansas City Delineated Area: North: 39th Street South: Red Bridge Road west to Holmes south to Minor Road to State Line Road East: I-71/I-49 West: Stateline Boundary Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 59,640 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 59,640 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): Minimum of local code with 19 reserved/secured/surface Full Term: 15 Years Firm Term: 10 years Additional Requirements: • This requirement is anticipated to be a Level 3 facility. • The facility shall be no closer than 1,500 feet away from active railroad tracks. • Controlled vehicular access to the parking area will be required. If underground parking is being submitted, the tenant agency would need exclusive rights to the under-building parking. • This tenant has a situational need for a minimum of 80 extra surface parking spaces to accommodate DHS elements that will utilize the tenant's operations during increased readiness or response. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. Expressions of Interest Due: March 27, 2015 Market Survey (Estimated): Week of April 13, 2015 Offers Due (Estimated): May 8, 2015 Occupancy (Estimated): 4th Quarter 2016 Expressions of Interest must include the following information: • Building name, address and location of the available space within the building. • Rentable square feet available and fully serviced asking rental rate. • Date of space availability. • Building Ownership Information. • Amount of parking available on-site and its cost - include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). • List of building services provided. • Reference Project Number 3MO0355.
