- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation RFQ-IL-15-00015 is issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Region 5 Acquisition Section, as a request for quotes. The clauses and provisions included in this solicitation are in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2005-80. This procurement is set-aside for small business. The applicable NAICS code is 541519 with a small business size standard of $27 million. The U.S. EPA, Region 5, is requesting services for one year of VBrick Gold Plus technical support services. -one (1) RW1-GOLDPLUS-9190-4200-100 -one (1) RW1-GOLDPLUS-9190-4300-100 -one (1) RW1-GOLDPLUS-7500-0190 -one (1) RW1-GOLDPLUS-7500-0201 This solicitation will result in a firm fixed price purchase order pursuant to the attached terms and conditions. The above pricing is all inclusive. Award will be made to the vendor whose quote is lowest priced technically acceptable. All responses must be transmitted via FedConnect (https://www.fedconnect.net/) only. Proposal responses shall be submitted by 12:00 p.m.,CT,on Wednesday, March 25, 2015. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database located at https://www.sam.gov/sam/ prior to any contract award.
