PROJECT 640-14-916 DESCRIPTION: Provide complete construction services to replace the EVAPCO cooling tower located at Building 331. Specifications, product cut sheets, and scope of work will be made available when the solicitation is posted to FBO. The project is located at 795 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA. 94025, Building 331. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 90 days from Notice To Proceed MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION IS BETWEEN $100,000 AND $250,000 Bids are being requested and shall only be accepted from contractors who were awarded a Veterans Integrated Service Network 21 (VISN 21) Multiple-Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21).
