- AMENDMENT 0001 ****SYNOPSIS IS AMENDED TO ADD SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001 ATTACHED***** Solicitation Amendment 0001 is processed to extend the closing date to April 1, 2015 and to clarify maximum weight of machine. All other terms and conditions remain the same. The DLA -Aviation-VICA, Industrial Plant Equipment Division, Richmond, VA, intends to procure a new and unused Tank Cleaning Vacuum System in accordance with DLA-A-VIBB-14-11-1099, dated December 4, 2014. The purchase will include installation, exhaust system, technical manuals, IUID tags, training and shipping. Total quantity is 1 machine. DLA intends to procure the product and services as a small business set-a-side. The anticipated award will be made as a firm, fixed-price contract. The award shall be based on price performance tradeoff basis (PPT). The requested performance is 365 days after receipt of order. FOB at Destination, Inspection at origin and final inspection and acceptance at destination. The estimated release date of the solicitation is on or about February 28, 2015. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The solicitation details (including the technical requirements) will NOT b e available until the official solicitation is posted. The solicitation will be attached to this Notice and will not be available on Dibbs.
