This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com <http://www.adobe.com>. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The RFP-solicitation issue date 04/01/2015 and respond due date 04/30/2015. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0056779902 and solicit as Unrestricted for approved source of supply. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-15-R-1755, issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1650-00-176-1250, Tank Fuel, Aircraft for 20 each. Item is not commercial neither Export Controlled applies. Item is Configuration Controlled. Navy Critical Safety Item is in accordance with Basic Dwg NR 81996 SS205-062-635; DTD 09/06/1996 requirements. The need arrival date (NAD) is 12/08/2015; with an estimated award date (EAD) on 05/04/2015. Based on the NAD-EAD the time yields a number is more than 60 days based on the historical PLT (292) as the delivery objective for 219 days total for production of 20 each. Production to be delivers at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Reverse Auction maybe considered for final proposal revision and price validity; IAW DLAD Provision 52.215-9023 /L15C11 Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
