- SOLICITATION NUMBER: W90M7950620400 RESTRICTIONS: N/A SUBJECT: Combat Driving Course (1 day course two iterations of 30 people ea.) LOCATION: Fort Bragg Combat Training Center 16780 Airbase Rd., Laurinburg-Maxton Airport Maxton, North Carolina 28364 for Utah Army National Guard RESPONSE DUE DATE: 2:00 pm MST 31, March 2015 CONTRACTING POC: D. Ray Workman Email: dallas.r.workman.civ@mail.mil The Utah National Guard, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Gryphon Group Fort Bragg Combat Training Center (FBCTC) 16780 Airbase Road, Laurinburg-Maxton Airport Maxton, North Carolina 28364. The Utah National Guard will purchase two (2) one day courses of thirty (30) people each. This course consists of Vehicle Operations in an Asymmetrical Threat Environment that consists of Level 1 Alpha and Bravo, Level II, Level III, Off-Road and On Road Hybrid Drills. The days the course needs to be given are April 18th and April 25th to coordinate with the unit schedule that will be receiving the training. Gryphon Group is the only organization that we are aware of that offers a Combat Training course that meets the needs of the Utah National. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the USPFO for Utah within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of publication of this notice. Supporting information must be furnished to demonstrate the firm's ability to provide the stated services. Information can be sent to Contract Specialist, D. Ray Workman at dallas.r.workman.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, USPFO for Utah will proceed with the sole source award. You may also see the proposed Statement of Work (SOW) as an attached document
