- THE U. S. GOVERNMENT GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION SEEKS LEASE SPACE IN DOTHAN, AL AMOUNT : 1964 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet of office and related space. LOCATION : First Consideration will be given to historic properties and locations within the following boundaries of Dothan, AL: North - Montgomery Hwy / US Hwy 231 N South - Main Street / US Hwy 84 West -John D. Odom Road East - From Montgomery Hwy continue South to North Oats Street, Turning east on Powell Street, then turning south on Appletree Street to Holman Street ending on Main Street / Hwy 84 If none are available, non-historic properties will be considered in the delineated area. REQUIRED : All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM : The Lease term is 10 years, 5 years firm.
