Description

Please see attachment with solicitation. Mount Morris Dam (MMD) Paving and Road Repair work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment necessary to resurface/ repair or renew asphalt pavement at Mount Morris, NY. NAICS code is 237990 and Size Standard is $36,500,000. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Priced contract as a result of this solicitation. In order to compete, offerors must be Small Business as designated by FAR Clause 52.219-6. The applicable Wage Determinations are NY15030. The Wage Determination is attached in solicitation. The cost of this project is estimated at $25,000 to $100,000. The Buy American act is applicable to this acquisition. Offerors Must be registered in SAM Database ( www.sam.gov ) in order to be awarded contract. Proposal Offer will be accepted via electronic means to walter.kamad@usace.army.mil.
