The Government is seeking to enter into a lease for space meeting the following requirements: City, State: Marquette, MI Delineated Area: Within the city limits of Marquette, Michigan Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,558 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 4,786 ABOA SF Space Type: OFFICE Parking Spaces (Total): On-site parking in accordance with local codes. 12 public parking spaces must be available within 2 blocks. Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 reserved on-site parking spaces (required for 930 ABOA SF block of space described below) Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: Offered space must be contiguous and have the potential for an efficient layout. Space may be located in separate suites or buildings in two blocks of 3,628 ABOA SF, and 930 ABOA SF. The 930 ABOA SF block of space should be located on the second floor or above, and be serviced by a minimum of 2 passenger elevators. The 930 ABOA SF block of space may be located on the ground floor only if co-located with the 3,628 ABOA SF block of space. Space must be located within two blocks from a public transportation stop. The Government requires a fully serviced lease. All services, janitorial supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are desired as part of the fully serviced rent. Subleases will not be considered. Offered space must meet Government requirements for Energy Star, and Fire, Safety, Handicapped Accessibility, and Sustainability set forth in the Solicitation for Offers.
