- CORRECTION: NSN Should read 1680-01-174-6863 NSN: 1680-01-174-6863, Actuator, Electro-Mechanical, Rotary. The approved source(s): MPC Products Corporation, Cage 19710. FOB Origin. Inspection & Acceptance: Origin. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 143 days. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 12 each. This quantity will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 3 each. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. The item is used on the AV-8B Harrier aircraft. PPIRS will be used as part of the evaluation process. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is February 27, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
