- SF-18 Solicitation N00421-15-T-0188 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order. The ADP Supplies must be MS GSA, Gov Tech Snagit and AVL Acro under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote.
