- EXHIBIT 3 SPECIFICATIONS EXHIBIT 2 DRAWINGS RFQ AG-8173-S-15-0005 USDA Forest Service, Apache-Sitgreaves National Forests has a requirement for Concrete Replacement in desginated locations for Fool Hollow Lake Recreation Area, Show Low, AZ 85901. The intent of this work is to replace concrete in a site pad, dumpster pad, and designated section of road spur. All of this work is covered under the Davis-Bacon Act. The Government anticipates awarding a Firm Fixed-Price contract under the Request For Quotation (RFQ) format. The estimated range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This solicitation is set-aside 100 percent for Small Businesses under the NAICS 238110 ($14.0 million). The Government anticipates awarding Firm Fixed-Price contract. The Request For Quotations (RFQ) will be available (uploaded to www.fbo.gov) on or after March 25, 2015. Interested parties should submit an offer in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. Special attention should be paid to the submission requirements/instructions in Section L and Section M of the solicitation. No formal site visit has been scheduled. Responses to this solicitation may be sent by email in PDF file format to the Contracting Officer (all submittal and deadline requirements shall be met) wabbott@fs.fed.us on or before the closing date and time for the solicitation. The Closing Date and Time for responses to this RFQ shall be April 21, 2015, 4:00 p.m. MST (State of Arizona does not observe Daylight Savings Time).
