Description
This notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or as an obligation on the part of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The VA COOP Studies Program is currently conducting market research to locate qualified, experienced, and interested potential sources. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be incurred by interested parties in responding to this sources sought announcement. The main purpose of this REQUEST FOR INFORMATION NOTICE is to identify potential vendors that are capable and qualified in providing the a multi-year service contract for Pharmatron AT4 Automated Tablet Testing System located at the VA Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center (CSPCRPCC), at 2401 Centre Avenue, SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106. The contractor shall provide Pharmatron AT4 authorized, trained and certified Field Service Engineer for labor, validation documentation and parts for preventive maintenance of the Pharmatron AT4 Automated Tablet Testing System to ensure maintenance and validation of this equipment for critical clinical trial drug manufacturing as required under cGMP and ISO guidelines. This contract will provide a full service agreement covering preventive maintenance, operational qualification, calibration, telephone support, and response to service calls in the event of equipment problems for the Pharmatron AT4 Automated Tablet Testing System. The period of performance (POP) will include a base year, plus four (4) option periods. 'Notice of Interest' shall reply by 4:00 p.m. EST, Friday, April 03, 2015. All email correspondence for this project must reference the RFI Number and Project Title in the subject line of the email: VA258-15-N-0306, COOP Studies, Pharmatron AT4 Service Contract.
